T101 is an opportunity to sit down with a trained Tobacco Addiction Counselor and learn about how to create a plan to stop using tobacco. even if you are not ready to quit today but in the next 6 months, learn what it takes to be successful. We will help you work jointly with your physician to create a cessation plan and direct you to other ocmmunity resources to support your success.
