This worked because this class allowed me to realize the triggers of smoking and how to side-step those triggers.
I have been putting some thought into quitting but if not for Gill and the Cessation Center it probably would be later if ever. I am thankful for the results for myself and family.
I think a follow-up class at a later date is a good idea.
The decision to quit smoking for me is a non-negotiable one.
This worked for me because the class was what I needed to give me a push in the right direction. The group setting was very helpful because I would have never done it on my own. It has been 8 days since I had a cigarette – I finally did it!!!
I’m very excited and I do not plan on ever starting again. I am glad the class was offered because I would probably still be smoking.
Thank You Gill Industries for offering this class to us and to Jodie for teaching us
I’m glad this class was offered because otherwise I would still be saying yes I’m going to quit smoking and not go ahead & do it. I quit smoking on Feb 7th, 2006, and I feel really good about my accomplishment.
I was really glad to be a part of this class I got a lot of support & help from the other people in the class. Without this class I know I would not have had the willpower to do this alone.
Thank You so much, for all of the information and support I received while attending this class & now that I know what my stresses are and how to deal with them I can do that without reaching for a cigarette.

The group support was great.
Personal State: “Be truthful to yourself & others.”
I certainly appreciate this class. I’ve learned more about the addiction of tobacco than I knew before. The mental, emotional, physical phases of addiction to tobacco and how strong the bonds are were very surprising to me. I’m grateful that I have the knowledge of these obstacles, at least I know what to expect – which is far more than I knew before I started this class.
Knowing I can wake-up in the morning & survive without a puffy.
I am ready to walk free again.
“Tobacco Free for Good” has given me the strength to confront my smoking addiction head on and win. I feel that I will continue to be successful with my program.
During the six week course I really had a hard time, It took me a few times of quitting but finally I think I got it.
This is my seventh attempt, and I feel my most promising because I have more tools to help me.
Liked the group support very much. Great Class!!!
This class meant a lot to me because: “It made me understand, what it means to quit. Quitting is a fight you can NEVER quit.”
Looking back on the class the concept of making a firm decision and Zyban/Wellbutrin that allowed me to quit.

This class meant a lot to me because: “It made me understand, what it means to quit." Quitting is a fight you can NEVER quit.
Looking back on the class the concept of making a firm decision and Zyban/Wellbutrin that allowed me to quit.
This class meant a lot to me because: It gave me the tools and the knowledge I was lacking before, therefore enabling me to quit.
I would recommend the class- Give the class a try. You will find comfort in others as well as, learning how to succeed in quitting.
The concept that connected with me that allowed me to quit – I have an 8 year old and a 2 year old. I need to be less selfish and think of them. They will need me later in life. As well as my wife.
I have tried to quit before, but this class worked for me because I learned a little more about smoking and how to quit.
This class finally gave me the strength to follow the road to recovery. It gave me positive reasons why I should stop smoking.
I was able to overcome my addiction – How to follow my own method for quitting by using Zyban/Wellbutrin correctly allowed me to help myself go through a smoother quieting experience.
I would recommend the program even if you are afraid of another defeating, frustrating experience. By listening to the program and following your methods to help quit smoking, and allow yourself to support others that are quitting. This will make you feel good about yourself and helping others through a difficult time.
This class offers a lot of information and different things you could try to help with cravings. It also lets you know that if you fail at quitting it doesn’t mean you are a failure, but you’ve gained more information for your next try and don’t give up on trying?
The class meant a lot to me because: It gave me a heads up on the Dangers and How bad it is to my health.
Nothing to be afraid of.
It helped me out a lot. The class gives you the will power to stop smoking.
Good class. Really lets you know about all the things smoking can and will do to you.
