Teaming Up to Quit

Mothers and pregnant women - Quit Smoking Program

Teaming Up to Quit

One of the best things you can do for yourself, your baby, and your family is to quit smoking!

Teaming Up to Quit is a program designed for parenting women or pregnant women who need help to quit using tobacco.
It is a seven week program, each session is 2 hours long.

This class is designed for pregnant women and mothers who want what is best for them and their baby…..to quit smoking for good!  The class is free and provides childcare, snacks, some transportation assistance if needed, and great rewards.  Most of all, the class offers a safe and supportive environment where you can get the tools and confidence you need to face this difficult challenge.

In addition to providing cessation pupport for women, TUTQ also includes an ongoing support group, Circle of Friends, which meets at the Grand Rapids downtown YMCA the second and fourth Tuesday each month from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM..
